Kathy Bivins passed away 2/11/2021. She is survived by her husband Bruce Bivins, her son William Bivins and his wife Jennifer Bivins. Grand children Michael Sigman and his wife Allison Sigman , Megan Basham and her husband Joey Basham , Jordan Bivins, Haley Bivins and great grandchild Walter Sigman. She will be dearly missed by many.
